John Hope-Ryan MA VetMB MRCVS

The owner, John, qualified from Cambridge University in 1996 and after spending a year as an intern at the Royal Veterinary College has practiced around the UK and abroad as a companion animal Vet. He has successfully set up practices in London and the United Arab Emirates. His main interests are in Soft Tissue Surgery and Diagnostic imaging.

Miss Katie Hickey VN

Katie joined the practice soon after its inception having previously worked in Bromyard as a Veterinary Nurse whilst gaining her qualification and as a nursery nurse before the tellytubbies got the better of her. Katie spends her time biking and keeping fit when not working. She hopes to complete a Diploma in nursing.

Mrs Vicki Cockayne

Vicki joined Masefield house at its opening in 2003. She has been nursing for the last seventeen years and runs most of the clinics in the practice being a dab hand at getting animals to loose weight and keep their teeth in good shape. When not working she spends her time walking her two dogs and riding very fast motorbikes!

Miss Vicky Higgins

Vicky joined MHVS in September 2006. She is currently studying part time at college for her Veterinary Nursing qualifications. She joins the team as an enthusiastic trainee and is a valuable addition to the Nursing staff. In her spare time she looks after her horses and keeps up with her mountain of learning.
